Introducing the original G-Strings…the sexiest strings around!

All G-String are produced from top quality BCY material to ensure not only great looks but all important CONSISTANCY!

Our strings are laid out then equalized at 150lbs of tension, before pre-stretching at 300lbs of tension.  Our initial burnishing and central “in-2-out” twisting process creates an exceptional wrapping of the fibres which not only improves air flow around the string reducing drag but produces outstanding multicoloured strings.

The end and centre servings are applied while the string is held at over 250lbs of tension.   This ensures a tight fit without adding twists to the string thus eliminating one of the factors behind the problem of peep rotation and reduces the risk of serving separation.

Material

At G-Force we want to use the best products available and that means BCY.  Our strings and cables are made from either Formula 8125 or 452X.

Compound Strings & Cables

Standard setup

• Strings are made from Formula 8125 (normally 22 strand)
• Cables are made using 452X (normally 24 strand)
• Served with Halo 0.14

Remember our strings are truly custom made…if you would prefer all 452X of all 8125 material used on your strings that’s fine by us!  Take a look at our price list for all available options.

To order your compound string we would prefer to have your bow with us.  There are a number of reasons for this…

• We can ensure the servings are correct length
• We may be able to cut down on excessive serving applied by bow manufacturers
• If you want serving through the cable guard / rollers we can make sure they are in the correct location
• We can install your strings which
• allows us to ensure cam timing is correct,
• insert a peep if required and align correctly ensuring no peep rotation
• apply nocking points and d-loop
• Finally, it will allow your strings to bed in, so your bow will be ready to shoot straight out of the box!

Recurve Strings

• Made from BCY Formula 8125 (normally 16 strand)
• Served with Halo 0.19 or Halo 0.14 (depending on nock fit required)

To make a recurve string all we need is the finished tip-to-tip length of your current string.

Please note:  This is the measurement of the string at your ideal bracing high including any twists.  Do NOT untwist your string first.

Due to the variation in bracing heights required for recurves, if you don’t have a string to measure from we strongly suggest you buy a stock string purely to calculate the length required for your new G-String.

Formula 8125

• 100% Dymeema (92% SK75 and 8% SK65)
• The highest speed
• Strong and durable
• Very low creep

For its increased speed 8125 is our choice for recurve and compound strings.

452X

• 67% SK75 Dyneema, 33% Vectran
• Good arrow speed
• Very stable with NO creep

We used 452X for our compound cables because of its superb stability which is required to keep cams in time.
